There will be 15 CME’s throughout the conference and the price of $110.00 will include the Conference, Lunch Saturday, Picnic Saturday, and Breakfast Sunday. T-Shirts will be available. Please order them at the time you send in your Registration. Maximum conference attendees will be 60. Please return your registration no later than Monday, May 23rd.

PLEASE MENTION TRAUMA CONFERENCE WHEN MAKING RESERVATIONS.
There is a conference room rate of $49, single or double occupancy at either Bear Lodge or Arrowhead. Reservations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Check-in is 2pm, Check-out is 10am
